Although it is essential that clients should normally include a list of all applied repairs
with every Product Report Form submitted for VME system problems there are certain
types of Product Reports for which it is unnecessary or inappropriate so to do.
For Product Reports of the following types, AUDIT_REPAIRS output need not be supplied:
1. Documentation.
2. Enhancement requests/usability problems.
3. General queries.
With all other types of Product Reports AUDIT_REPAIRS output is essential, to enable
Fujitsu Services to diagnose problems as speedily as possible. Such types of reports include but are not confined to:
1. Unexpected response codes.
2. Performance problems (Slow response/idle/loops).
3. Unexpected results or incorrect behaviour.
4. SCL failures.
5. Upgrade problems.
6. Failure to apply repairs.
