Occasionally, when a new version of VME or other VME software is issued, a few
of the Repairs which were applicable to the previous version are not (for
various reasons) source cleared or recalculated. The Repair Status Report shows
which version of Repairs are applicable to which software versions and will show
any such Repairs as "CON ICL".
Clients who need a "CON ICL" Repair to be recalculated and issued to them should
submit a request on a Product Report Form to Fujitsu Services stating why the repair is needed (e.g.
advice from AUDIT_REPAIRS).

Product Reports -- Appendix A describes submission of paper Product Report Forms. Paper
