will be implemented within a new version of the CLNI software (version 9300). A
new version of the software is necessary in order to incorporate the changed
requirement for the P11 form to contain net National Insurance Contributions
(NICs) rather than the unadjusted values together with the NIC rebates.
This software will be available at the end of February 2003 as a new release of
the OpenVME and VME Commercial Library (UK Commercial Routines)
(traded number 1830001) which will include the Coin Analysis software CLCA
(version 5001), with no changes,and a source cleared version of the CLPAYE
software (version 7200), which implements the changes to PAYE according to PAYE
Tax Table Routines (April 2000) and “Inland Revenue Notes for Payroll Software
Developers” Series 10 - Number 9 dated 17 April 2002 and applicable from 18th
June 2002.
