Notification of ISDN router change required for the Fujitsu diagnostic link.
This ION is only relevant to customers who use ISDN to connect to Fujitsu for support links. Customers using DSL are unaffected.
Due to a move of building in Manchester, we need to amend one of the two ISDN phone numbers stored within your Cisco ISDN router's configuration. The phone number
0161 230 8222 needs to be replaced by 0161 203 5066.
This route is currently not live, so this change can be made without interrupting any active link or having any adverse effect on your system. Without this change your support route would have no resilience.
Fujitsu staff will be carrying out this change over a period of three weeks from 20th November 2006.
