OpenVME UK Commercial Procedures - Repairs available for
Income Tax and National Insurance changes effective from
6th April 2008.
For Income Tax, repair LP/0/0003.6 (replacing LP/0/0003.5)
for module ICL9LGCPAYE(version 7200),is now available.
This repair implements the Income Tax rate changes first announced in
the March 2007 Budget.
The rates and bandwidths are as follows :
There is no longer a starting rate.
Basic Rate at 20% - £1 to £34,600.
Higher Rate at 40% - over £34,600.
For National Insurance, repairs LN/X/0006.5 (replacing LN/X/0006.4)
for module ICL9LGCNATINX (version 9300) and LN/S/0004.5 (replacing
LN/S/0004.4) for module ICL9LGCNATINS (version 9300)
are now available.
These repairs incorporate the changes to the Income Tax and National
Insurance regulations published on the
HM Revenue & Customs web-site (www.hmrc.gov.uk),
