Possible failure of IDMSX shared service after Page Lock Table Full
There is an error which can occur after the IDMSX Page Lock Table becomes full in a shared IDMSX service. The problem is most likely to be experienced in IDMSX services with a large application VM concurrency, typically for concurrency values in excess of 60. The error causes failure with ERR3089 (invalid event) reported in one or more IDMSX application VMs. This is likely to be followed by a series of other application errors and timeouts, eventually requiring the IDMSX service to be closed down and restarted. The error is present in both IDMSX versions 520 and 610, and is cured by applying the repairs: - IR/R/3188.1, IR/T/3188.1 and IR/Z/3188.1 at IDMSX 520 IR/R/3188.2, IR/T/3188.2 and IR/Z/3188.2 at IDMSX 610 All customers are strongly advised to apply these repairs as soon as possible. The error is documented in Support Knowledge Entry (SKE) 99885.
